Bath Oils and Fragrances
Bath Oils and Fragrances
Many of us associate a good pampering with a relaxing massage or an unwinding bath, perhaps with some nice music, scented candles and some luxurious bubbles. If your life is too pressurised and doesn’t leave enough time to go to the local beauty salon or escape to a health spa or even on a relaxation holiday, a bath is often the only option to shut the door on everything and indulge ourselves for a while – relaxing whilst also pampering our skin and other senses at the same time. All you have to do is make time for your me time bath.
The variety and diversity of products you can chose from to make your bath a true escape and indulgence is huge with scents as gorgeous as juniper, jojoba or honey and lemon. It all depends on, what exactly you want to get out of your bath time – there are bath oils and fragrances for anything you like. If you are after a good night’s sleep choose some soothing bubble bath or aromatherapy bath oils, lavender perhaps or fennel or chamomile. If you are after a bit of luxury, which puts some warmth into your skin, unstiffens your muscles and gives you a feeling of calm and serenity, then choose sandalwood essential bath oil – you will not believe the luxury of that!
There are a great many scents to pick from – to relax aching muscles and reduce stiffness you might want to use geranium or rosemary bath oil. Pick Ylang Ylang and Patchouli for a sensuous bath (perhaps even sharing it with your loved one), whereas eucalyptus, peppermint or lavender will help you decrease stress and tension. What most of these essential aromatherapy bath oils have in common is, that they are soothing and calming helping you to balance your mind.
And although bath oils smell lovely and sooth you, whilst moisturising your skin at the same time, they are of course not the only w
ay to enjoy your bath. You are spoilt for choice when it comes to bath fragrance and pamper products. There are bath bombs of different sizes, bath tablets, foam baths, and naturally, the old favourite – bath salts, all in a huge range of scents, helping you to relax or refresh you. Some can even provide relief for PMT symptoms. And why put not some music on and place some beautifully looking and smelling candles around you to keep the light low and relaxing, and to complement the scents of your bath – now that is pure indulgence, and you don’t even need to go anywhere for it, homemade luxury in the comfort of your own home. Just make sure you close that bathroom door and keep life on the outside of it for a while.
So why not search our website for some of these great bath fragrance products and gift packs. They could be a present to yourself – you deserve it after all, or you could surprise someone else with the perfect relaxation gift, your partner, your mum or a dear friend.
Aromatic essences make your bath water, your body and your whole bathroom area smell absolutely wonderful! Bath fragrances added to the water come in different forms and can be oils or non-oily, foaming or non-foaming, bath salts or bombs! They will silken your skin, excite your senses, add scent and sheen to your body and if they contain aromatherapy essences can help to treat skin problems, aches and pains or insomnia as you luxuriate in blissful warmth.
If you are adding essences to Jacuzzi baths, spa baths or hot tubs it is important to use the non-foaming variety or you could disappear under a sea of foam - and ruin the whole experience - not to mention the 'gubbins' of your bath tub. Best take a look at the manufacturer's recommendations if you are in doubt - but whatever you need - you'll find it here!
