Debt Counselling
It is extremely hard to relax and be comfortable with your life if you are in debt!
I worked as a financial adviser for many years and I can tell you that there are lots of people in debt, you are not alone! There are also quite a number of ways to tackle the situation.
However, the first and most important step is to accept that you have a debt problem and then to speak to someone about it who is a professional and can help. Trying to pretend that the problem doesn't exist, in the hope that it will go away, is simply depressing, can make you feel ill, and doesn't help one bit!
There is absolutely no need to despair or to feel that there is no solution. Working together with a debt counsellor can put things into much better perspective for you and give you peace of mind - and relaxation! But the sooner you seek help the better!
There are some organisations that offer totally free debt counselling advice and some who will make a charge for their on-going services. Explore the possibilities, and talk with the counsellors to decide who can help you the best. If you are still unsure then contact your local Citizen's Advice Bureau who will help you to come to a decision.
