Fiona Harrold is Britain’s most successful life coach. She
was born and raised in Northern Ireland. Encouraged by her father from
an early age, she immersed herself in the world of self-improvement. Since leaving Northern Ireland in the early eighties, she has
transformed herself from political activist to New Age therapist to PR
and Life Coach and now runs a hugely successful Life Coaching agency.
She was recently named by The Times as one of the ‘new gurus who have got inside our minds’.
Fiona was the Green Party Parliamentary candidate for
Hammersmith & Fulham at the 2005 General Election. She features
regularly in the media, both on television and on radio. Her previous
bestselling books are Be Your Own Life Coach, The Ten-Minute Life Coach,
Reinvent Yourself and Indestructible Self-Belief. She lives in London with her teenage son.
