Danubius Health Spa Resort Margitsziget - Budapest
Though there is little you can do to the 1979 built exterior, this is now the only aspect of this hotel that belongs in the past and the “at much expense” interior refit has been a much needed shot in the arm. Serenely located on the Margaret Island that splits that Danube in two, the Thermal spa was considered to have the finest spa & beauty facilities, according to Conde Nast Traveller magazine, when creating their ideal hotel.

Thermal Aqua - Heviz
The small, picturesque town of Hévíz feels like a village but it is one of Europe's major spas. Its huge variety of programs and events means that there is always something new to experience. Visitors speak of its beauty, special atmosphere and of course its natural wonder, the Hévíz Thermal Lake. Czech Republic
The Czech Republic is truly blessed to have two such impressive spa towns as Marianske Lazne and Karlovy Vary. Even without their health spas these towns would be worth visiting, but the high quality of the accommodation and spa facilities just adds to their appeal. Just click on the pictures to the right for more details of the health spa breaks and holidays we have to offer.

Nove Lazne
The largest and unquestionably the most beautiful building in Marianske Lazne is the Spa Hotel Nove Lazne, a landmark in its own right. It opened in 1896 and almost straight away became a fashionable and sought after address for movers and shakers of the time, including the King of England, Edward VII. The ornate Roman spa provides numerous therapeutic procedures and both the accommodation and the dining facilities are of a top rate standard.

Grand Hotel Pupp
Probably the most famous and certainly the most prestigious hotel in Karlovy Vary is the Grand Hotel Pupp. Its origins are indeed old as it was in 1701 when this hotel first opened and the exterior of the hotel is little changed since this time, though the interior is now a combination of tradition and modern comfort. There are excellent fitness and spa facilities found within the hotel including a stylish leisure centre in the style of a Roman Bath.
