Golfing
There are so many opportunities for golfing holidays, in lots of countries. Short golf breaks, corporate golfing holidays or golf in association with some other activity (bowls, bowling or bridge are quite common add-ons.)
Golfing holidays can be amazing affairs in top class hotels and locations. In remote settings or adjacent to championship courses. Amongst designer shops selling pamper products, jewellery and sports clothing, or silhouetted on a hilltop. Most often they will have places to put feet up or provide hot tubs on sun terraces to relax with a drink and friends after your own round of golf.
Alternatively golfing holidays can be quiet relaxation escapes in modest self-catering chalets or villas, places where you can eat comfy, not have to dress up if you don’t want to and simply just relax and unwind with a relaxation book - DVDs and cicadas for company!
