Description
Worcester Buddhism and Meditation Group has been established for over five years. Here you can learn to meditate and help free your mind from clutter and distraction. You can also learn about the teachings of Buddhism and take part in discussions, workshops, and retreats. The group is part of a worldwide Buddhist movement called "Friends of the Western Buddhist Order" (FWBO). We want to show how Buddhism is relevant today and can make an important contribution towards a better world.

We run all our evening classes in the Conference Centre, University College Worcester, off Henwick Road, WR2 6AJ, which is on the south/west side of the city. View this address in Google Maps. There is parking on the campus.

The day retreats are held at The Quaker (Friends) Meeting House, 1 Friends Mews, Sansome Place, Worcester, WR1 1UG, apart from the days for mitras - which are organised nearer the date.

To find out more, please phone 0121-447-7427 or email vajragupta@fwbo.org. You can also email us through the website.
